The shirt reads: “JOHN THREE” arched above a large “16.”
It is laid out exactly like the back of a sports jersey — player name over squad number, in blue and cream collegiate lettering.
John 3:16 is the verse most often held up on a card in a stadium crowd, so putting it on a jersey closes the loop. From behind it reads as a team shirt; from the front it is what it is. For church sports teams, youth groups, and game day.
