What is Sierra Loom?

A shop that makes very specific shirts, aimed at a particular group rather than at everybody. This site is where the designs live.

Where are the products made?

One printer, SwiftPOD, in San Jose, California. Everything ships from there.

How long does it take?

It ships within 3 business days. Nothing is made until you order it, so if you need something for a specific date, order earlier than feels necessary.

Can I return it?

Yes. Sixty days, any reason, refund or replacement, whichever you would rather. You do not need to justify it and you do not need to post it back.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email support@sierraloom.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We ship to US addresses only, and shipping is free on every order.

What is the shirt itself?

Bella+Canvas 3001, the standard unisex tee most of the industry prints on. Size guides are on every product page.

Can I share my Sierra Loom story?

Please do. Tag us or email support@sierraloom.com. We will never put a customer story on the site without asking first, and we have never invented one.

Do you take requests?

Email support@sierraloom.com. If a joke is good and specific we would rather hear it than not.
