Payments

Everything is paid online, in US dollars, at checkout. There is no cash option, no cash on delivery, and no courier turning up with a card machine.

What we accept

PayPal. Pay from your PayPal balance or a linked account.

Debit and credit cards. Processed through PayPal, so you do not need a PayPal account to use one.

When you are charged

At checkout. Nothing gets printed until payment clears, so an order sitting unpaid is an order sitting still.

Currency

Prices are in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add a fee. That part is between you and them.

Card details

We never see them. PayPal handles the card and hands us back a yes or a no, which is the arrangement everybody prefers.

Something went wrong

If a payment fails or you are charged twice, email support@sierraloom.com with your order number and we will sort it.
