The shirt reads: “REVERSE-ENGINEERED DAIRY,” over a technical diagram in which MADE becomes EDAM.
The two words sit either side of a wheel of cheese, joined by curved arrows and labelled with the cool authority of an engineering schematic: letter inversion chamber, cultured core.
Edam is made backwards. That is the entire finding, presented as though it came out of a laboratory. The restraint is what makes it — thin lines, small labels, no exclamation marks anywhere. For the cheese board contingent and anyone who likes a joke that pretends to be a diagram.
