Check your email first

Tracking goes to the address you used at checkout, as soon as a label exists. It can take a day or two to start updating after that, which is normal and not a sign anything has gone wrong.

Why there is a wait before tracking exists

Nothing is made until you order it. Printing takes up to 10 days, and only then does the parcel enter the carrier network and get a tracking number. Before that there is genuinely nothing to track.

Still nothing

Email support@sierraloom.com with your order number and the email you checked out with. We will find it.

If it never turns up

Tell us. Thirty days, any reason, refund or replacement, nothing to post back. A parcel lost by the postal service is very much our problem rather than yours.
