The shirt reads: “DRESSING LIKE MY HATERS.”
The first word is in a tall hot pink fashion serif, the last in heavy cream capitals, with two small pink sparkles underneath.
It is a boast dressed as a confession, or possibly the reverse. Either way the wearer has clearly thought about it more than the haters have. The typography does the work — expensive-looking, deliberately so. For anyone who has ever bought something specifically to prove a point.
