Production time

Sierra Loom products are made on demand. Production time varies by product and fulfillment partner. Most items are produced before they enter the shipping carrier network.

Shipping estimates

Shipping estimates may appear during checkout where available. Delivery windows can vary due to production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Incorrect addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has started.
